All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. For large parcels, processing time may extend up to 4 days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.

We ship all orders to anywhere in the United States—even Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
SAME DAY PICKUP?
If you are located near Simsbury, CT, you are able to arrange same-day pickup at our location. To arrange same-day pickup for in-store purchases, choose the local pickup option at checkout.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive email notifications from time to time. You may also track your order status on our Order tracking page.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once we ship your item, it is out of our hands and control. You may contact USPS to see if they can help figure out the issue!
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED?
If your items arrived damaged, please email our team at hello@quarrydogetc.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged items. Once your request is received, our team will arrange for return and replacement of your damaged items.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, our team does not ship internationally at this time.
